I work simultaneously with several companies, all of which have their pros and cons. What I like about your company is how you work on your shortcomings. For example, after a recent update, the platform would start very slowly and sometimes even crash. I started to worry but after I contacted the Customer Support, the issue was resolved within a few hours, which is rather fast. I can’t say that other brokers respond as quickly as you do.
I’m a newbie and, for obvious reasons, I decided to test my Demo account in the platform: everything is simple, concise, and clear. In my opinion, iPro Marketplace is perfect for those who only began to learn all the intricacies of trading. What I like the most is the black background, which doesn’t hurt the eyes in the dark and makes work more comfortable. As to currency pairs, there’s a lot of them, the same goes for orders. Of course, the number of accounts leaves much to be desired but, based on the available trading conditions, when it comes to trading, each account is interesting in its own way.

No matter what the issue is, they always try to quickly help me, and these are not just words.
The great advantage of this broker is that everything is explained clearly. I read about the quality indicator on UBK info yesterday, but I could not find it in ipro. I called to the support, it turned out that I just did not see it, since I have several accounts, so the indicator appeared when I switched to my iPA-Manager account.

I had a problem when trying to install iPro Marketplace platform on my computer. I messed around quite a bit, but nothing worked. Finally, I decided to contact the Customer Support. It took a long time — I wrote to the operators, they called me back; I even had to send them a screenshot of my desktop. It turned out that I had a problem with my antivirus software, and because of this I couldn’t properly install the program.
